Deleting Reports

Reports in payroll can only be deleted when the Report Writer module is installed, and then only from the user reports folder. All reports in the System Reports folders are protected and cannot be deleted.

Deleting a Report:

  1. Open the Report Explorer.
  2. Browse to the User Reports folder and select the report to delete.
  3. Click Deleteon the Report Explorer toolbar then click Yes to confirm your action.
  4. The report is moved to the Recycle Bin from where it is stored until restored or permanently deleted.

Retrieving a File from the Recycle Bin:

  1. Open the Report Explorer.
  2. Select the Recycle Bin node.
  3. Select the required report and drag it to the required folder in User or System Reports.
    You should see a small white page attached to the mouse indicating that the report is attached.
  4. Release the mouse button to move the report.
